Q. How do I reset my password?

A.  Click on 'Sign In' at the top of the page.  Below the user name an password entry click the 'Forgot you password?' link.  Follow the remaining instructions and you will receive a new password via email.  Once you have a new password you can change it by clicking on 'My Account' at the top of the page

Q.  Why don't I see products or brands I know you carry?

A. We recently redesigned our website and are operating on new servers and new software.  To test our systems we have enabled a subset of our products to ensure a smooth transition.  We should have the bulk of our products back online my mid-November.

Q.  Why do I need an account?  Your previous website didn't require it.

A.  Our new website is a significant upgrade for us and you, the customer.  It enabled features such as real time tracking, reordering of prevously ordered items (i.e. consumables like shampoo), automated returns, and much more.  It would have been impossible to offer these things without using personal and secure accounts.

Q.  With all of these changes will I get the same great service?

A.  Yes.  The only thing that has changed is the website.  Our company is the same, our staff is the same, and the service you receive should be the same (actually we hope it will be better).

Q.  I' having a problem with the new website!  How do I report it?

A.  If you are having problems with the new site or something doesn't look right in your browser, please send an email to customerservice@pureinfant.com.  Our software developers will get right on it.
