Can I return clearance items?

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged unless they are defective.

How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may return new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. If an item is damaged we will be happy to exchange the item for you as quickly as possible. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How will you ship my order?

Customers within the United States can select from various shipping services offered by the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. All U.S territories and APOs/FPOs are required to select USPS Priority Mail. Your order is usually shipped the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to many countries around the globe.  All international shipping is provided by the United States Postal Server Priority Mail International service. International customers may be subject to additional shipping fees and duties in your local country. PureInfant.com is not responsible for any additional fees or duties within your home country.
